Traits of Faith

  Most of us like to think of faith as asking, believing, and receiving.   Matthew 21:22   There’s a deeper level of faith that most fail to experience.  People that do exercise great faith have characteristics that set them apart and position them blessing.  These traits of faith are confidence obedience, and fervor, and they bring about blessing. Faith is believing that God will do what he says He will do.  With great faith comes confidence, obedience, and fervor.  It leads to abundance blessing. And Abram believed the LORD, and the LORD counted him as righteous because of his faith. – Genesis 15:6   Keep Reading

Finding your purpose

Purpose is described as the reason for which something is done or created.  Yet many people, including some Christians, find themselves asking “Do I have a purpose?” or “What is my purpose?”  When we understand how God sees us, we discover that we have an important purpose. For we are God’s handiwork, created in Christ Jesus to do good works, which God prepared in advance for us to do. – Ephesians 2:10 Realize your value – “For we are God’s handiwork” means that you were created by the Most High being.  You are special to Him. Know your role – “…created in Christ Jesus to do good works…” means you have rights and responsibilities.  You belong to Him. Recognize your ability and opportunities – “…which God prepared in advance for us to do.” means you have a mission and you are empowered to do it.  You matter to Him. Keep Reading
